Résidant à Hawaï, ce client a ouvert son compte chez Chase il y a vingt ans et a été stupéfait de constater que 200 000 dollars étaient soudainement inaccessibles, selon le journal américain US Sun.

Quant à la raison de la fermeture de son compte sans avertissement, le titulaire du compte pense qu’un important virement via Zelle pourrait en être la cause.
