À 25 ans, Ryan Doghmane vit en couple depuis deux ans avec sa compagne actuelle, qui lui a donné deux enfants. Il est aussi le père de quatre autres enfants qu’il ne voit pas souvent, et ça lui pèse. Samedi 13 juillet, la petite famille, se dispute sur le trottoir, à Beauvais (Oise). Un passant voit la femme recevoir une gifle ainsi que l’oncle qui tente de s’interposer. Il est 22h, il appelle les policiers auxquels, dans un premier temps, la femme confie avoir reçu deux gifles en ajoutant : «c’est la quatrième fois que ça arrive».

Ryan Doghmane est agité, il gesticule, il crie, il est incontrôlable et semble alcoolisé. La femme a un hématome à l’œil gauche, mais elle refuse de voir un médecin et d’être entendue. Le tonton refuse aussi d’être entendu, cette fois-ci il n’est plus certain d’avoir vu la gifle. Il dit que Ryan «n’a fait que l’empêcher de toucher sa femme». Ryan est emmené au commissariat.

Il insulte les policiers de tous les noms

La caméra piéton, qui a tout enregistré, révèle certains passages de son arrestation. Il s’en prend verbalement aux policiers : «dehors, je te tue… Dans la rue, tu es mort… Mange tes morts, enculé, raciste qui vote Bardella !» Il résiste violemment à l’un des policiers qu’il blesse au bras, lui occasionnant trois d’incapacité totale de travail en disant : «sale blanc, va te faire enculer, fils de pute… Le keuf je le prends et je le baise… Prends-la dans le cul ta caméra». Au moment de la fouille, il commente : «touche ma bite, putain de raciste, putain de Français, sale blanc !»
