Le 20 septembre, Philippine, une étudiante de 19 ans, disparaît mystérieusement à Paris. Le lendemain, son corps est retrouvé à moitié enterré dans le bois de Boulogne, marqué de traces de violence extrême. Ce drame aurait pu être évité si l’auteur présumé, Taha O., un Marocain de 22 ans, n’avait pas été laissé en liberté. Condamné pour viol en 2021, il bénéficiait d’une libération anticipée en juin dernier, malgré une OQTF (Obligation de Quitter le Territoire Français) qui n’a jamais été appliquée.

L’horreur de ce drame est insupportable car il aurait pu et dû être évité. Au lieu de protéger ses citoyens, l’État a permis à un prédateur de continuer à errer librement sur notre sol. Combien d’autres vies seront encore brisées avant que des mesures fermes soient prises ?

La France est en proie à une violence croissante, et la mort de Philippine n’en est qu’un triste exemple parmi d’autres. Chaque semaine, des actes de violence s’ajoutent à une liste déjà trop longue. La justice semble incapable de remplir son rôle, laissant des criminels en liberté alors qu’ils devraient être derrière les barreaux ou expulsés. Le cas de Taha O. illustre bien les failles du système : malgré sa condamnation et son obligation de quitter le territoire, il a pu continuer de circuler librement jusqu’à ce qu’il commette l’irréparable.

Les Français vivent désormais dans la peur, craignant que chaque sortie soit la dernière pour leurs proches. L’État faillit à son devoir de protection, préférant consacrer ses moyens à des priorités étrangères plutôt qu’à assurer la sécurité sur son propre territoire.

Pour restaurer la sécurité en France, il est essentiel de reprendre le contrôle de nos frontières et de nos lois. Nous devons décider qui entre et qui sort, et ne pas relâcher les efforts après les événements internationaux. Le ministre Gérald Darmanin se félicitait de la baisse de la violence pendant les Jeux Olympiques de Paris, mais pourquoi ces efforts n’ont-ils pas été maintenus ensuite ?

Les Français payent de plus en plus d’impôts, sans voir de réel changement sur le terrain. Le gouvernement semble davantage préoccupé par ses engagements internationaux que par la protection de son propre peuple. Cette situation ne pourra pas durer éternellement : le ras-le-bol est palpable, et beaucoup attendent enfin une véritable transformation de la politique nationale.

Qui sera la prochaine victime ? Combien d’années faudra-t-il encore avant de voir des actions concrètes ? Il est urgent de retrouver notre indépendance et de garantir la sécurité à tous nos concitoyens, car le danger n’est plus seulement à nos portes, il est déjà chez nous.
