Alors que les pressions militaires s’intensifient aux frontières européennes et que la France affiche un alignement stratégique avec l’OTAN, l’exécutif pourrait utiliser la menace d’un conflit comme levier pour justifier un état d’urgence prolongé. Ce climat de crise internationale offrirait une justification à des mesures exceptionnelles, marginalisant les contre-pouvoirs sous prétexte de protéger la nation. Mais jusqu’où Emmanuel Macron est-il prêt à aller pour maintenir le contrôle dans une France où la fracture sociale ne cesse de s’aggraver ?

Au-delà de l’éviction de Michel Barnier, cette situation révèle une crise de légitimité bien plus profonde. Les élites peinent à maintenir la confiance d’une population qui se sent trahie par des institutions qu’elle juge déconnectées de ses préoccupations. Si Macron fait le choix de l’affrontement et des mesures radicales, il risque d’accélérer un processus déjà engagé : celui d’une société française au bord de l’implosion.

Les prochains jours pourraient bien redessiner les contours de la République. Emmanuel Macron jouera-t-il la carte de l’autoritarisme pour asseoir son pouvoir, ou celle de la réinvention démocratique face à l’urgence ?
